Working for C2L BIZ has been a fun yet learning experience. We have a great set of people here that take up challenges and work to get tasks done in time. Remote working has only been possible because our network team has been making sure things run smoothly without any discrepancies. My team is amazing and though we spent a short amount of time before WFH started, it feels like friends working together rather than just colleagues. It feels like one big family working together!

I joined C2L BIZ as a Trainee Developer and over a span of 7 years, C2L BIZ has given me ample opportunities to grow as a professional and an individual. C2L BIZ has given me flexible work from home opportunity even during pre-pandemic times citing my childcare. I thank C2L BIZ for providing me the perfect platform to excel along with a perfect work life balance.

I have been associated with C2L BIZ for last six years. I joined as a Functional Architect and was new to both IT and Insurance domain, but it has been a great learning experience working with this company. I thoroughly enjoyed working in different teams, for projects from different geographical regions. I am glad to be a part of its growth story.

Work is actually fun at C2L. We follow an open door policy and you can pretty much reach out to anyone to wish to. We believe in a culture of treating our employees with warmth, dignity, and respect. We see to it that our employees have the desired work-life balance. Though we focus on client satisfaction, it is equally important to us to look after the well-being and satisfaction of our employees.

We celebrate each festival at our office premises which are generally followed by fun games and various other activities. Our constant effort is to prove a holistic work environment to our employees and add to their overall growth. We believe in accelerating the ‘fun index’ in each team, a figure that measures the trends in the fun while having work.
