HCLTech & C2L BIZ have collaborated to help a leading Malaysian life insurer digitalize their business processes by implementing C2L BIZ’s SymbioSys Sales Tool.  The insurer chose to embark upon their digital transformation journey to automate business processes from Lead Management, Sales Collateral, Sales Quotation, and Sales illustration to e-Application/Payment. The objective was to optimize customer experience, enhance operational flexibility, and drive innovation.

Having been a strategic partner to the insurer for over 5 years on application-related services, a core part of brainstorming tracks on insurer’s digital transformation initiatives and executed an assessment of the application landscape, and then recommended a mix of greenfield and brownfield implementations, the HCLTech team understood the As Is the environment and had a great working relationship with the insurer.
