The insurer chose to embark upon their digital transformation journey to automate business processes from Lead Management, Sales Collateral, Sales Quotation, and Sales illustration to e-Application/Payment. The objective was to optimize customer experience, enhance operational flexibility, and drive innovation.
Having been a strategic partner to the insurer for over 5 years on application-related services, a core part of brainstorming tracks on insurer’s digital transformation initiatives and executed an assessment of the application landscape, and then recommended a mix of greenfield and brownfield implementations, the HCLTech team understood the As Is the environment and had a great working relationship with the insurer.
