Generali Group, the top Italian Insurer & overall top 10 Insurer in the world decided to partner with C2L BIZ in Asia for their Life, Non-Life & Health business in Thailand.


Generali Thailand chose to onboard C2L BIZ’s SymbioSys Sales Tool solution for their sales transformation across multiple distribution channels in partnership with AWS Cloud.

Its technology direction was to enhance ease of maintainability and extendibility, using a true – “no code/low code” & microservice architecture ready solution, with the changing digital landscape in Thailand.

C2L BIZ’s SymbioSys Sales Tool has not only successfully lived to Generali Thailand’s expectations but has exceeded the same too.
