VIKAS KENI

Over 3 decades of experience in IT industry and over 2 decades of experience in Insurance domain. He has successfully managed large, multi-year IT programs for insurers worldwide.

As one of the Co-founder & Executive Directors of C2L BIZ, he is responsible for Financial Management, Human Resources Management & Planning and overall responsibility for client implementations and deliveries.

He has an engineering degree from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) and a management degree from the Indian Institute of Management (IIM)

VIJAY CHAVAN

Over 3 decades of experience in the IT industry and over 2 decades in the Insurance domain. He has sound experience in setting up global insurance practice, market positioning, and building strategic partnerships. He has envisaged and created a world-class enterprise platform (IP) for the global insurance industry.

As one of the Co-founder & Executive Directors of C2L BIZ, he is responsible for Overall Operations, Growth Strategy and Industry Relations.

An engineer and a post-graduate in computer science and management, he has made presentations at industry events, published white papers and offered consultation services for the top-level management of global insurance companies. He is a speaker and thought leader in various industry fora and summits.

BHAVESH LALAN

Over 2 decades of experience, an industry Technopreneur he has been architecting solutions throughout his career, and has architected a series of software products for the financial services industry, especially for the insurance industry.

He has architected an SOA-based insurance enterprise platform for the global insurance industry, and provided consultation services on enterprise architecture for insurance and financial service companies.

He has a degree in engineering from Mumbai University.

As one of the Co-founder & Executive Directors of C2L BIZ, he is responsible for, transformational enhancements of our SymbioSys Suite of Solutions.

MANGESH VAITLA

Over 2 decades of experience in Insurance domain across Asia, his expertise lies in successfully engaging with Insurers for their distribution transformation programs and digital initiatives. In recent years, he has championed various initiatives with the leading global insurers in Asia for Digital Distribution and Core Operational Process Transformations.

He has an engineering degree and is a post-graduate in management (Marketing).

As one of the Co-founder & Executive Directors of C2L BIZ, he is responsible for Sales & Marketing, Business Growth and Managing Customer Relationships. He is a speaker and thought leader in various industry fora and summits.

Mandar Tirodkar has over 23 years’ experience in the IT industry. He has a proven track record of developing, designing, architecting solutions and leading product development teams in various domains like Life and Health Insurance, Stock broking, Shipping etc. Mandar joined C2LBIZ as a founding team member and has taken up various leadership roles in the organization. In the current role, Mandar is responsible for establishing Product roadmap, managing Product releases and driving technology related strategies at C2LBIZ. He has a degree in Electronics engineering from Mumbai University.

Ajay Chaudhary has 24 years’ experience in the IT industry and has spent over 15 years in the insurance industry. Specializes in consulting, conceptualizing and architect the business solutions for LOB’s such as Life, Health, Group and P&C to address the business need for distribution value chain of an Insurance company. Has successfully implemented 25+ IT products for Insurance and Capital Markets companies. A graduate in computer science, he is instrumental in setting up the product development center at Pune IT Park, India.

Aniket Manoli is a founding team member and head of MicroSys, a flagship product targeted for Low Ticket Insurance Business. He has over 17 years of industry experience in architecting and implementing front-end and back-end systems for the Life and Health Insurance Business. He has a post graduate in Systems Management and has a degree in Mechanical Engineering. At C2L Biz he is responsible for design, architect and manage the implementations of its products like MicroSys and SymbioSys Sales Tool. Outside of the office, Aniket enjoys cricket and movies.

Neha Mehta is an Engineer from Mumbai University and has over 19 years of experience, with 18 years in Architecting, designing, implementing and supporting technology solutions for the insurance industry. She has over 10 years of leadership experience in designing innovative business solutions for the insurance domain in Illustrations, New Business, Channel Management, and Claims. She has hands-on experience in building web-based applications and technologies like Java, HTML, Javascript, CSS, JSP, PL SQL, Oracle. She has a positive, can-do attitude even in demanding situations, striving for quality in everything she does. Neha has worked with clients in Malaysia, Singapore, Philippines, and India.

About LIMRA FORUM ASIA:

LIMRA’s Senior Executive Round Table was held in three different asian countries in the week of 13th April to 19th April 2018 The forum was chaired by Thad Burr, Global Sales and Marketing Head for LIMRA and LOMA, LIMRA’s Associate Research Director Saurav Biswas and C2L BIZ Solutions’ Executive Director, Mangesh Vaitla.
